Hey Team!

F45 Central Boulder & F45 Longmont have joined forces to create one GIANT team for the YWCA Dash and Bash - a family friendly event that brings together a community of passionate and diverse individuals to connect and raise funds that will change the world by supporting the YWCA Boulder County’s mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. 

Like YWCA Boulder County, F45'ers have courage, compassion and commitment and that’s why we're committed to participating in YWCA Dash and Bash. We’ve set an ambitious goal to support the YWCA and hope that you’ll join with us! The money raised will help these essential, empowering programs to continue thriving.

This event is FREE, however we encourage all F45 participants to donate at least $10 in support of this great cause.
